Welcome to Swyft Mobile CRM

Thank you for choosing Swyft to mobilize and enhance your Infusionsoft capabilities!

Before you begin, please make sure you have your Infusionsoft Application ID and API Key to validate your access to the Infusionsoft platform.

The next few webpages and videos will walk you through linking Swyft Mobile to your Infusionsoft account. When you are ready, we will collect your

  • Infusionsoft account credentials
  • Swyft Mobile account info to authorize a mobile device
  • Swyft Portal account info for browser-based access to Swyft products

If you have not yet signed up for Swyft Mobile, this onboarding will set you up with your two week free trial.

Infusionsoft Account

Please enter your Infusionsoft credentials below. This will allow Swyft to connect to and access your specific Infusionsoft environment. If you do not know where to find your Application ID or API Key, please follow along with the video below.

When finished, click Next.

Connecting your Contacts & Companies

Please select one of the three options below to import your contact and company records into Swyft, making them accessible from the Swyft Mobile app or the online SwyftHub portal.

When you are finished, click Next.

Swyft Mobile Account

The next step is to set up a Swyft Mobile account profile, all fields below are required. Please make sure that the email address used is the same email that is associated with your Infusionsoft account.

Default Map Location

When you access Swyft from your mobile device, we can use your GPS location. When you access Swyft products through your browser, we like to have a default location for map applications. You can change them from your computer, but please set a default location (or just click Next).

Swyft Mobile Photos with Dropbox

If you would like to enable Swyft Mobile Photos, you will need to have a Dropbox account to store the image files for contacts and companies. This is optional, and you can choose to setup photos at a later point in time.

When you are finished, click Next.

Swyft Portal Account

Finally, please provide the values for your Swyft Portal account. The email you enter below will be used by the Swyft platform to send you notifications and Swyft password reset emails. It does not have to be the same as your Infusionsoft ID, but it is usually simplest to use the same one.

When finished, click Next.
